A rush mini-rant

I just have to say that the more I am reading on here about this "if you're cut once we have to cut you again" bull, the madder I get. I mean, is this in NPC's or anyone's bylaws? I never heard of such a thing until someone brought it up on here.

It just sounds to me like an excuse. I know you are not supposed to disclose why someone was cut, but then just say that, don't make up some bogus rule.
