I agree with JAM.  If you want some advice on what to when overwhellmed I would be happy to help. 

  First, try meditation/prayer/whatever connects you to deal with stress, like a long walk by yourself or bikeride, &c.  Also, you might read a favorite story that inspires you.  When I feel down I read about heroic deeds like from the Knights of the Round Table or the story of James Michael Holland, the savior of our fraternity.  I hope this unsolisted advice doesn't come off as being pushy.  I can pm you some more stuff if you'd like.
