Interested In Starting A Social Fellowship

Greetings All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am interested in starting a Social Fellowship from scratch in my city. I was wondering if anyone can help me in regards as to where I should start. Any helpful hints and or advice would be gladly welcomed. Thanks
