So my fraternity, recently recolonized and is slowly establishing systems for our house. I'm the standards chair/ house manager and am trying to figure out good ways to 1. actually get guys to do their chores, 2. Get them to do them at least decently well 3. Get them to do chores on time.
I know every house has some lazy guys, mine has a lot, and I get tired of being more or less the house maid.
I have no problem getting in peoples faces about chores and nagging but we still don't have any good system in place having tried at least 3 or 4 different ones under different house managers over the past 2 years. Fines on house bills haven't been very effective since a lot of the guys just give the bill to their parents and I'm not really sure how to enforce social probation.
Any help?
