I did take my husband's last name. I'd thought of hyphenating but his name is just too dang long - so instead, I have two middle names, my "original" middle name and my maiden name. I go by "Ms. Hisname" socially - I'm not too bothered by "Mrs. Hisname" but I gently correct people if they call me "Mrs." too many times
What really p!sses me off, though, is when people address things to "Mr. and Mrs. Hisfirst Hislast" or even "Mrs. Hisfirst Hislast". Hello? I took his last name, not his first name!
