Best of luck to you with recruitment at UCF. There are A TON of UCF rercruitment stories on the boards if you look around (I feel like we at least got like one every year). There are also quite a few UCF grads here on GC.
As far as getting to know sorority members, just be natural. There will most likely be greek women in your classes and stuff, so you could meet them that way. Just be sure not be overzealous and go around talking girls ears' off about their sorority and recruitment when you meet them and find that they're greek.
