she must be a smarty pants! IIT is pretty intense.. I guess you could call it downtown...but its closer to the south side, which is why their housing dues are probably so cheap! I know a guy who is an Alpha Delta Gamma at Loyola on the north side of the city, and they pay $3000 for housing and I think his dues are around $275. Still pretty cheap for housing in the city though.
