Of course, Bill Maher has an agenda...an obvious one at that! My entire point is that MANY christians do NOT know why they believe anything. I think this movie is a tool to shake people up to actually think how they would answer some of these questions. Who cares what Bill Maher has to say, but I can guarantee you that other less "hard hearted" people, even some Christians, have many of the same questions. I just found it sad that the average people couldn't express what it was they believed. I doubt they'd even really thought about it before that moment. For someone raised in the church, it is easy to take for granted faith. It's really easy to believe something just because your parents said so.
