So it's totally within your realm to end up with a quota group of new members by the time all is said and done. Possibly even this semester still!
That's great. Here's one little tidbit that I don't know if you're being told in recruitment training. You have to ASK for the sale, the vote, whatever you want to call it. I think Sigma has always been better at that in informal than in formal, but #1 it's critical, and #2 it's a huge life lesson to learn. You've got to learn how to do that comfortably in business and sorority life is a great place to hone those skills.
ex., I want you to be my sister, I am so looking forward to all the things we will do over the next 4 years, and for the rest of our lives, won't it be great when you decide who your first roommate will be in the house? Please put us on the top of your list! There's a million ways to say it, but you have to say it!
