The way it's done here is they have a list of the girls who are coming through each party. Next to each name they write either "H" or "G". H is for hometown (as in they know 'em from back home) and G for Grapevine. Clearly H's mean more than G's.

This is not directed at EW particularly, but in general I think this is how most of us assume membership selection works.

I mean.... it's not random. It's subjective. You've got to rank a lot of girls in a short amount of time.

I dunno.... what EW posted isn't even an exaggeration like throwing darts or picking names out of a hat.

*shrug*
