Is anyone on the board familiar with the state of things at MSU? In reading the
NPC Recruitment Fall 2008-Spring 2009 thread, I was really shocked to see that quota last year was only 23. I remember it being in the 45-60 range when I was there.
I know Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Gamma Delta and Phi Mu all left campus in 2001 and 2002. I assumed it was due to low numbers in each case. Are there any other chapters struggling to stay on campus?
Any idea why quota is so low? How many women are going through? We used to have well over 1000 each fall. Is the poor economy in the state of Michigan hurting Greek life?
Just curious if anyone knows anything. Thanks!
