The chapter I advise does recruitment after class begins. 1st day of parties are Friday evening, 2nd day is all day Saturday and pref is all day Sunday. Bid night is Monday afternoon w/ a chapter dinner afterward. With only 3 chapters, this is quite easily attainable. We now have 5 or 6 chapters on campus and it still works fairly well. Occasionally there is a conflict, but the Panhellenic staff will give PNM's a reduced schedule (i.e. attend half parties so she can see ALL houses) for the night.
