There is a need for explanation. If you are gonna call something out, support it. Some sensitive people see hate where there is a strong opinion that doesn't favor their point of view or org. Some people with inferiority complexes see hate in good natured humor or spirited rivalry. Instead of being an adult, they cyber-pout. Out of the thousands of posts and topics, less than 3% (being generous) really consist of anything that college educated, mature, wordly people should find insulting or take personally.
