I had to ditch the duathlon plans - my partner in crime hurt his ankle, and I didn't want to do it by myself. Probably good right now, as I was unable to get my training up to a 10K prior to the duathlon [due to crazy back to school schedule], which would have been last weekend - and I had a blast helping out at recruitment instead. I'm looking at a few 5Ks in the near future, and hope to do a 10K by next spring.
Averaging 3-6 miles a day between the gym and regular everyday walking.
