At the link AnchorAlumna was kind enough to post above, you can find on slide #9 within the "Fraternity Life at the Capstone" powerpoint presentation that there is a formal recruitment kickoff cookout on August 25 where potential new members can meet with fraternity representatives, and then recruitment activities such as dinners, socials, etc., go from August 26 to Sept. 10.
