Is it time to get rid of undergrads?

I do not think that it is time to get rid of undergraduate chapters. It is up the the grad chapter to cultivate all of the young people that are coming in the organization. This is honestly a difficult subject to talk about because your undergraduate years is where it all begins.... Tell me what you all think....
