I understand what you're saying with your entire post. However, the NPHC (and some other non-NPC orgs) culture is such that we don't say "oh, too late for NPC...how about you look at NPHC?"
I wager to say that she probably doesn't have what it takes to pursue an NPHC org at the undergraduate or alumnae levels.
