Red face Warning

I just came back from Orlando and was sharing my hotel experience with one of my friends. She informed me that your Boule would be held in Orlando this year. So here is my warning...

DO NOT STAY AT THE RAMADA ON JOHN YOUNG PARKWAY!!!! The service was horrible. The staff is not attentive at all. They have this type of 'attitude' that is indescribable (sp?) They are also not very professional so if you are expecting a certain type of service and etiquette, this is not the place to be. While I was there our toilet had 'issues' BUT it was fixed in a timely fashion. The only saving grace about the hotel was that it was close to the highway and accesible to other highway routes. Also be prepared to pay tolls in Orlando. There are probably other ways in which you can get around without having to pay tolls but my friends and I got caught more often than not.

On a positive note....

There are lots of nice restaurants and loads of places you can go to buy souvenirs (sp?) There is an outlet mall I believe on International Drive that is to die for!!!!! So bring plenty of money . International Drive seems to be the major street for lots of hotels, restaurants and other activities. If you want to go to the parks they are all close by.

So that is my piece of info that I tought I would share.
