Alpha Gamma Delta at SUNY Plattsburgh?
I just discovered something that may be of interest to Alpha Gams. There was a local society founded at S. U. N. Y., Plattsburg in 1890 that was called Alpha Gamma Delta. It was the first ladies' society on campus. It became Delta chapter of Phi Kappa Chi (also known as Clionion) in 1893. It was still active recently, although the current University site does not list it. Since your sorority was founded in Syracuse, I wonder if anyone had knowledge of it or there was any connetcion at all?
