TMZ — which reported the news on its Web site Thursday — aired the 20-second clip earlier this week. The snippet shows Troyer tongue-kissing a former "live-in girlfriend" in their apartment. A source tells Us the rest of the tape is considerably racier.

Number 2: A 20 second clip of you kissing someone does not equal a sex tape nor does it equal $20 million dollars. Go sit down.
