Interesting difference, just depends on how the house was built. I think Tri Delta and Chi Omega hold around 60 at Ole Miss(might be more). Our houses are much more "land locked" than other sorority houses at other universities. I know for AOII with our new addition last year, there really wasn't anymore room for more housing, just a new chapter room and a dining room extension. I think Theta is adding some new suites with their new addition they are working on this summer. Phi Mu just finished a huge addition/renovation too. Ole Miss Phi Mu could probably comment on that better.
