Why are people already taking bets on how long this marriage will last? More importantly, why do you care?

There are people all over, including here on GC, who married before they were 22 or 23 and their marriages are still together and lasted. True there is a greater propensity for "celebrity marriages" to not last, but why are outsiders already pumping up the bad to happen.

My thoughts are this, RIGHT NOW Brandy is in love with her husband as he is with her; they are expecting their first child; neither Brandy nor her husband need our approval on anything.

I am also bothered by your statement: I think that if times start to get tough for her, she'll seek that advice, of other '
entertainer moms. What in the world does that mean? Brandy has always struck me as family oriented, so why would she consult her peers when she can consult her family and God.

I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS THOUGHT THAT. TAKEN THE FACT THAT, SHE DIDN'T INVITE HER OWN DAMN MOM TO THE WEDDING, IS RIDICULOUS. WHO WOULDN'T WANT THEIR MOM THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR THEM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING AT THEIR OWN WEDDING. So how family oriented is that being.
ALL OF THIS WAS SAID ON THE RADIO THIS MORNING. THAT CAME FROM THE SAME MAGAZINE ARTICLE, THAT LIL-SUNSHINE WAS TALKING ABOUT.


SECOND OF ALL, I HOPE THE MARRIAGE LAST! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS WONDERED HOW LONG IT WILL LAST, SO DON'T BLAST ME ON THE ISSUE, BECAUSE I HAVE SAID WHAT IS BEING THOUGHT. I DID NOT SAY I WANTED IT TO FAIL, NOW DID I. NO I DIDN'T!!!!! I AM ALL FOR LONG AND HAPPY MARRIAGES. So to assume that I hope the girl fail, is a misunderstanding on YOUR part not mine. IF YOU KNEW ME WELL ENOUGHT YOU WOULD KNOW THAT I HATE TO SEE MARRIAGES FALL APART. BUT YOU DON'T, SO YOU DON'T KNOW MY THOUGHTS.
I didn't propose a bet in the first place.(SO WHERE DID THAT COME FROM) If this is a topic of discussion, leave it as a topic of discussion, and not something as a personal debate, as IF WE KNOW THE GIRL PERSONALLY.



About her asking other entertainer moms(entertainer moms, whitney houston,.... she has a child, t-boz...... she has a child, I doubt that she'll ask t-boz) That is what i meant by entertainer moms, NOT to mean, NOT asking her own mom, for advice. Don't you ask members, or even friends you work with for advice who have gone through situations that you are dealing with now for advice.????? I KNOW that we all did not do things on our own, to get where we were.
Let's not be forgetful, that everything that happens under the sun isn't new. We all didn't just get up and start walking.
