Nebraska Recruitment

Hi, I've been lurking here for a while, but this is my first post.
I am planning on attending University of Nebraska (Lincoln) in Fall 2009 and have been thinking quite a bit about joining a sorority.

I've searched all of Greek Chat, but haven't found any specific information about UNL Recruitment. Such as: How competative is it? Are recomendations absolutely essential or just a plus?

Any other information you have would be greatly appreciated!
