Objectively, no. There is no age limit to be considered for collegiate membership as long as you are still working toward your first bachelor's degree.

Subjectively, yes, 35 is too old. The majority of collegiate sorority members range in age from 18-24. I fail to see a 35 year old having enough in common with women of this age group to be viewed as their peer.

I would recommend getting involved with another campus, church or community women's organization.

If you are truly interested in sorority recruitment, give it a shot and see for yourself. There are some women who are older who have received bids to sororities. However, they are in the extreme minority.
