Just a comment, but, if I was a new member, I don't think that the Chapter Operations or Risk Management forum would be my first stop.
Wouldn't those forums sound kinda intimidating to a new member?
I'm not sure if I can say that there's a definite need at the present for a new forum, but maybe you could put one up for a trial period? Though, don't forget that it's spring and most new members appear in the fall.
