Well Im in the process of getting ready to pick my big this weekend. what we do is for the first 3 weeks or so we have like sis's like crown pals,bunny buddies,strawberry sis...just so you get to know some sisters before you decide on who you want as a big. then we have a new member retreat...OURS IS FRIDAY!! IM sooo excited!!..anyways we pick 5 girls to be our big and the ones that are gonna be bigs pick 5 new members and the first ones that match well thats how we choose. I cant wait our big/lil week starts Monday and I cant wait!!
