I'm confused, is this woman an interest in the sense that they are trying to bring said Latina Sorority on campus, or (as she seems to be stating) is there already a chapter on campus, but it is a small chapter (5 women) and she's asking how to recruit more women like herself so that there can be a line/pledge class soon?
If the latter, isn't it the realm of the women that are actual members of said org to do the recruiting?
