How do YOU determine how good a GLO is?

How do YOU determine how good a GLO is?

For fraternities I go by how cool the guys are, which sororities they associate with, their alumni base, and how good their functions are. Those are the major factors with many other factors coming into play.

For sororities I go by how good looking the girls are, how organized they are as a whole, and how classy they are.
