Tisha Campbell-Martin was on Tom Joyner this morning. She said she went back to work after only 4 weeks off!

She also said that Damon told her if she wanted to get pregnant again, that they (the producers, etc) would stand behind her.
I guess ole girl didn't want to end up like Aunt Viv on the Fresh Prince. You know she was replaced after she went on maternity leave. But, she and Will didn't get along either so...
