Also there was a cease and desist order out on the crematorium a few years earlier, but the state lifted it. The sad thing is that so far, all this man has been charged with is theft by deception and nothing else.
On one of the radio stations here, 107.9, the DJ called his grandfather up to get his opinion on this whole thing. Quite simply, the granddad said, "Well, maybe his gas got cut off, you know...he couldn't pay it on time". And he was for real. That had me CTFU!!!
