Associate Membership Groups

I am looking around the forum for some help or tips about developing my sorority into becoming a city wide organization. I am a co founder of a service sorority, and in previous posts it was suggested that I try and look into some of the NPHC's associate groups. i think that is the term i want to use; a group that isnt an undergrad chapter or graduate or alumni, but rather a membership into a NPHC group, as an 'adult member?? I will apoligize if i'm backwards, but really I am just interested in understanding the process of how my group could possibly begin a program like that- allowing women who have graduated high school the opportunity to become a member of our organization. As far as searching online, would there be any specific websites I should use? Perhaps some devoted that are devoted to associate groups?
I hope someone can help me.
