I know someone at UF right now. She really likes her program, but it's a very competitive field. I think her undergrad was also in sports mgmt here.
Each school has its pros and cons. UM and UCF provide year-round externship opportunities, while UF and FSU carry the bigger brand-name athletics.
I'm personally biased toward UCF, for obvious reasons. Go Knights! (And given that I'm going to be a Gator for another 2.5 years, I suppose I should plug Gainesville... but if you're a grad student, this city isn't exactly the most happenin' place on Planet Earth.)
