Really, letters can be worn at anytime and at any function. You've earned them, wear them with pride. The exception to the rule is if you are acting out of character, this is a negative perception of yourself, your chapter, and your Fraternity. Do use discretion while a parties, even if it's an APO sanctioned event, rush shirts, and novelty shirts with insignia get a pass, but govern yourself accordingly, and watch for polaroids and camera phones.
