I don't think there is anything wrong with Pedigree.

edit to add-are the dogs chipped in case they get out? And if so since their mom is out of the country I would call the chip company and have the number changed to you. I see lost dogs and cats all the time and with no chip and unfortunately I have to send them to the shelter which makes me sad.
