How do I start a high school sorority?

My friends and I are wanting to start a sorority at my high school, but we have no idea how. We've already gotten a fraternity, but not a sorority. If anyone has any information on how to start one please let me know. My email address is: cherryicee32@aim.com. Or just reply to this message.
