Moving to Colorado Springs- Advice?

Would appreciate any advice anyone has about the Colorado Springs area. Grew up in northern CO, but haven't been back in 10 years, and didn't spend all that much time south of Denver growing up.
Looking for great areas to live, shop, ride bikes (both road and mountain), etc.
Looking for recs for real estate (buyer's) agents, health care providers, massage therapists, salon/spa, vet, etc.
Anyone out there in GC land live there now or are you familiar with the area?
