Setting a good example

I don't know about any of you, but I truly believe that Executive Council/Board and other Chapter Officers should be setting a good example for the rest of the chapter. What do you do when you have to get on their case over and again about their behavior at events? It's gotten to the point where I've had to go to an advisor and I really didn't want to do that. Any suggestions on getting your officers to set the example for the chapter would be appriciated.
