I wonder what they had that Nu Beta Omicron didn't.
It almost seems as if ASD was formed like a Sorority Interest Group. They were installed as a chapter barely 8-9 months after their original founding. Perhaps ASD actively petitioned to become an NPC whereas NBO did not. In fact, according to some comments, it sounds that's exactly what they did.
