Please take some time to read some of the existing threads in the Recruitment forum. The search function may bring up threads that might be of interest to you. I just did one on recruitment slogans and recruitment themes and a bunch of them came up.
Also, are you a member of an NPC sorority? If so, you might want to consult your recruitment specialist from HQ. That's what they're there for.
