I wanted to thank everyone for their input and let you know that in the end we chose Greekbill to help us with our collections and overall finances. We looked at both the Lite and Full service options but went with the Full b/c is has a really easy collections process. They notify us of when a members has reached the point where collections are necessary and we okay them on an individual basis. It really has been that simple.. They have been awesome and we couldn't ask for a better service. Our members can pay with credit card and debit card and echeck anytime they need to or they can pay with regular check to GreekBill or still give it directly to me. So far all our members have been very happy and the parents can even use the system too. Thanks again for the help, the billing and collections at
