The Sigma Pi chapter on my campus always had "Tiger Toss" a sorority cheerleading/dance routine competition. It became a very competitive event. They raised $$ by not only charging a team entry fee but by charging a couple of dollars or so at the door. The guys did a really great job...had local news people/outside of the Greek system judges and held it at a local venue. It was one of the best phils on campus b/c everyone wanted to cheer on their sorority and became a major "bragging right" event. After Sigma Pi was no longer recognized on campus IFC took over the phil and it is still going strong.
