1st UG: letter grades with +/-
2nd UG: A, AB, B, BC, C, CD, D, F
Law school: letter grades with +/-

I hate the way our law school does it only because the other 3 in town have an A=4.3 and an A-=4.0, and at our school an A is a 4.0 and an A- is a 3.7.
