Putin says this is the start of the 2nd Cold War and Bush says "duh- no it aint"
Well not exactly in those words but Bush is indeed pissing of the Russians. What I do not understand is Bush wanting to place missles throughout Europe as part of his War on Terror?? Bush is gonna have everyone in the USA building bomb shelters in their basments again like the 1950's and 60's.
