Website Developer Wanted

Hey everyone. I know there are a lot of LXA's out there that are wizards at websites and other related media.

I'm looking for a website developer to basically take a concept and transform it into a working website. There would be no need to design it or be responsible for content. Just set up a template and I'll do the rest.

My skills at website construction are a little rusty and I need someone to take a very basic design and implement it. It will be a little more than a blog type site. The most complicated section of it will be an online form. Other than that it must be easy to update.
