Hey!! Omg, it's so great to see you all are still around!
I hope Greek life has been treating you all well! Well I'll definitely have to stop by more often and keep up with what's going on these days!
Well, lots of things have been going on since I was last here. I moved from Mich to DC to pursue my masters in education. Last Monday I just finished my finals, therefore completing my first year of grad school! Only one more year to go until I have that nice degree in my hands

I can't wait to be done. I've been out of school for 6 years before deciding to go back, so it was kinda tough getting back into the school groove again. But I got the hang of it and now I'm ready to be done! lol! Thank God my program is only 2 years
Anyway, I also just finished a grad assistantship I had working in the Office of Greek Life at my school. It was a really great experience, the students were awesome! I worked specifically with the cultural Greeks there. I only wish that my supervisor was awesome as well

It was difficult working with him, so I decided not to return again. It was a tough decision, but I just didn't learn anything from him in the position. I love my students, but I had to also do what was best for me. So, hopefully I'll find another job on campus and hopefully keep in touch w/ all my students.
So yea, that's what's been up w/ me! It's been pretty exciting living in DC so far. I'm so glad I moved b/c I had lived in MI all my life. It's made me see that there's so much more to life than what I was experiencing in MI. I hope I'm able to find a full time job out here once I get my degree. We'll see though. There are a lot of great jobs in my field in Florida, which is one place I'd love to move to as well. I'm really open for going anywhere at this point!
Alright, so catch me up w/ what's been going on here!
