Must be. Their Panhellenic website (http://greeks.atu.edu/panhellenic_council.htm) lists 2 other NPC's (DZ and ZTA) and a local (Theta Omega Chi), but the announcement from IHQ says that AGD will be the 4th NPC group on campus.
