The majority of the Alpha Xi Delta chapters are in the North and Midwest. There are a ton of chapters in Ohio, my home state. You can find Xis and almost every major university there. We don't have many in the South, with the exception of Florida. There's quite a few down there. California has a few chapters too, but they are mainly at the smaller branch schools. We have over 100 active chapters, but they are pretty widely dispersed. You'll maybe find an average of 3-5 chapters in a given state.
