Definately a good move talking with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. IF they say she can rush, then awesome for the PNM! If you think your individual organization might have a problem, maybe call your I/HQ? If you learn something, you should relay it to OFSA. It would be awful if a girl was extended a bid, but later found out that her GLO doesn't allow 2nd degree students.
