I love this show!
Just watching the fifth season, and I gotta say they sure have taken up a notch - however I don't think this season will air/be available in the US because of certain "issues" regarding the protrayal of certain groups/nations/organizations.
Any-hoo I would recommend this show to anyone who is a fan of drama/thrillers about the secret services - but one piece of advice: get the British versions, the stuff that has aired in the US on A&E (as MI5) has been cut 15mins each episode for commericals - the brit ones are just shy of a full hour.
