Regarding jumpers: the denim one I bought at The Gap back in the late 90s, and it has darts to fit the hourglass figure of an adult. I have seen many other grown-up women wearing it. In fact, a fellow teacher at a school where I taught was wearing a similar one once. It is notthing like the one in the picture- now that one is cut for little girls. This one allows plenty of room for curves and for showing off a slim waist.
And I did get the cute sandals- but my church's AC is powerful and I do sniffle. I will wear them for special occassions.
Regarding jumpsuits- HOPEFULLY they went away with the 80s. Bad memories of having had to wear them.
I did see overalls in my APO female brothers back in the 90s. But in this millenium, I have only seen them on little boys. And that is a good thing.
